Healthcare Engagement Team Manager- Helen Wildbore

Helen Wildbore

I’m the Healthcare Engagement Manager. I oversee the work of the Bliss Baby Charter team, working with neonatal healthcare professionals to deliver family centred care. The Healthcare Engagement team also includes our Training and Events department who organise the FINE training programme, study days and other events for healthcare professionals.

Baby Charter Project Lead - Chelsie Letts

My role at Bliss is to lead on the delivery and direction of the Bliss Baby Charter, supporting units so that they are best equipped to successfully undertake the project. This includes training healthcare professionals, providing audit feedback, sharing best practice information, coordinating assessment visits and making sure that all neonatal stakeholders are engaging with the Bliss Baby Charter.

Project Officer - Abigail Brown

Abi Brown

I provide ongoing support with the administration and delivery of the Bliss Baby Charter. This involves engaging units with the Charter and promoting its benefits, organising workshops and study days, offering direction and guidance to units undertaking the project (both face to face and through our digital platform) and developing our Volunteer Assessor programme. I also provide direct support to units in the South East Coast network.

Senior Healthcare Engagement Officer - Alia Hussain

I am responsible for building relationships with neonatal networks and units and championing Bliss’ core areas of work, such as the Bliss Baby Charter, FINE training and Parent Representatives across our regions. We also provide ongoing and tailored support to units within our networks who are undertaking the Bliss Baby Charter.

Senior Healthcare Engagement Officer - Karen Williams

I am responsible for building relationships with neonatal networks and units and championing Bliss’ core areas of work, such as the Bliss Baby Charter, FINE training and Parent Representatives across our regions. We also provide ongoing and tailored support to units within our networks who are undertaking the Bliss Baby Charter.

Bliss Scotland Coordinator - Diane Waugh

I am responsible for building relationships with neonatal networks and units and championing Bliss’ core areas of work, such as the Bliss Baby Charter and FINE training across Scotland, the Northern Network in England and also Northern Ireland. I provide ongoing and tailored support to units within these networks who are undertaking the Bliss Baby Charter. I chair the Bliss Scotland Steering Group and work closely with other third sector organisations, health care professionals, research projects and other areas of work related specifically to Bliss Scotland.
